4. Group visits will be for a maximum of 30 people, including the monitor or guide.
5. Backpacks or bags larger than 40×40 cm are not allowed.
6. Access to the Nasrid Palaces must be at the time indicated at the entrance.
7. It is forbidden to drink directly from the fountains. Use your bottle or glass for refilling.
8. All the necessary information for the visit will be available along the itinerary through a QR code and in www.alhambra-patronato.es.
9. Rayan alhambra cannot be held responsible for the visitor's failure to comply with any mobility restrictions imposed by the competent authorities for public health reasons. It is recommended to consult the measures adopted and in force at the place of origin and destination on the date of the visit.
Important
The visit to the monumental complex will take place on the day indicated on the ticket. The time for the Nasrid Palaces is indicated on the ticket and the rest of the complex (Alcazaba, Partal and Generalife) can be visited from 8.30 am until closing time.
